Add optional benchmark context to your negotiation pack
Choose only a relevant grade and unit. The benchmark is stored as a dated snapshot; it does not replace a supplier quotation.
Better inputs. Better decisions.
Include every cost you will pay under the chosen delivery terms. Financing, export incentives and tax refunds are not inferred. The result is a pricing scenario, not a guaranteed profit.
A 20% margin requires a different selling price from a 20% markup on the same cost.
A calculation you can explain.
Markup adds a percentage to cost. Margin divides cost by one minus the margin percentage. Per-unit and total costs are separated before calculating profit. A margin of 100% or more is invalid.
